Five Loaves has fully approved contracts by the New York State Child And Adult Care Food Program. We also follow guidelines set forth by The United States Department of Agriculture. Five Loaves Food Service practices standard sanitation procedures. On staff we have Certified Food Executives and HACCP procedures are followed, and all managers are Food Service Sanitation Certified.
We work out individual pricing with each client to support in within our clients budgets. We work hand in hand with each customer to customize menus that satisfy them best. We cater to many different clients with a wide variety of allergies. We are pork-free, peanut-free, and peanut oil-free. We also cater to pesco-vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, semi-vegeterian and vegans.
Our fruits and vegetables are hand-selected from a grower’s field, and meats are hand-cut and delivered from a butcher shop. We support local growers and buy seasonal items to keep a wide variety of choices for our clients. In order to meet our clients needs we distribute quality control surveys to elicit feedback and gauge our clients level of satisfaction.
